My name is Marcia Kelly, and I am presently incarcerated for a crime that I did not commit. I am absolutely innocent, and the State of Texas has sentenced me to LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE, which is the "other death penalty." The shooter, Colton Weir (my daughter's friend), was convicted and is also serving a Life without Parole sentence. Weir has steadfastly maintained that I was not involved with the murder, yet here I languish behind razor wire.
Weir Handwritten Confession
My trial attorney failed to subpoena witnesses (mainly Weir, the shooter), violating my Constitutional rights.
Weir Willing to Testify
My entire trial was a miscarriage of justice.
There was absolutely NO physical evidence presented in my trial. The testimony given was both fabricated and conflicting hearsay.
This is my story...
