My name is Marcia Kelly, and I am presently incarcerated for a crime that I did not commit.  I am absolutely innocent, and the State of Texas has sentenced me to LIFE WITHOUT PAROLE, which is the "other death penalty."  The shooter, Colton Weir (my daughter's friend), was convicted and is also serving a Life without Parole sentence.  Weir has steadfastly maintained that I was not involved with the murder, yet here I languish behind razor wire.
